The development involves the conversion of four existing office blocks into residential apartments. The renovation will provide 257 apartments in total, comprising a mix of 1 bed, 2 bed and duplex apartments. The new apartments will be provided over the 8 floors and basement level. We have now commenced works on the Horsley House section of the development, compromising of 117 apartments. We are supplying and installation of a new fire alarm system, AOV, disabled refuge, TV/IRS, access control, video entry and CCTV systems throughout the building.

Winchester Pub

The Winchester pub in Highgate is currently undergoing a complete refurbishment, we are completely upgrading the system that was in place and installing a fully automated fire alarm system throughout the pub as well as refuge alarms within the accessible toilets.
Hanover Yard

Wimbledon

A brand new project located in Wimbledon. Two new build blocks consisting of 37 one, two and three bedroom apartments. Within the communal areas we are installing a fire alarm and AOV system, access control, CCTV and disabled refuge alarm points. As well as IP networked video entry system within the dwellings.
